Nothing beats solid wood for a timeless natural texture, and a robust feel beneath your feet. It suits both contemporary and traditional interior design, and is long lasting, with each board precision milled from a single piece of timber that has been carefully chosen and graded then machined with tongue and groove on all edges, to ensure a perfect fit when installed.

With a substantial real wood top layer, the beautiful character and style of a solid timber floor is combined with the exceptional performance of engineered board construction. This advanced construction minimises expansion, contraction and warping, and makes these beautiful boards suitable for modern day living and underfloor heating (Berkeley Century Pine is not suitable).

Bamboo is one of the most sustainable materials on earth. Actually a fast-growing grass, cutting encourages regrowth and it fully replenishes in only 5 years. These boards are produced using strand weaving; binding bamboo fibres together and compressing them to form boards to produce an eco-friendly floor that’s naturally sleek and hardwearing.

Stratex is next generation flooring. The mineral/resin composite core gives the Stratex range high stability, making it a very strong and durable choice, particularly within spaces with high humidity and temperature variation. Each board benefits from a built-in underlay and Easiloc joints which result in an easy to fit range, perfect for modern spaces.

This grade looks natural yet consistent, with few knots. Up to 10% sapwood can be found in select boards along with considerable grain and colour variation, but only small knots

More of the wood's character shines through in rustic floors - including large knots, dark streaks, filled knots and colour variation. Again, up to 10% sapwood is likely in this grade.

Very little is graded out in the extra rustic category. Large knots, splits, cracks and any amount of sapwood makes for a characterful and distinctive look.
