Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
If you change your mind, unopened, sealed products can be returned to us in their original condition within 90 days of your order date, provided they have at least 3 months left on their expiry date (where applicable).
When returning unwanted goods, it is your responsibility to ensure that the products are packaged securely against any damage in transit. If you fail to properly protect returned goods, we will be unable to issue a full refund.
To return unwanted products, please contact us by email to notify us of the return, and then securely package your products with a note inside the package stating your order number and a contact telephone number.
Returned items should be shipped to our warehouse.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
